Act as a coordinator to ensure the right diets are served to the right patients according to their nutritional prescriptions.
Perform routine tasks such as diet accuracy checking, malnutrition screening, inventory management, and other projects assigned by the superior.
Deliver a high level of customer service by arranging appropriate diets for patients according to their medical conditions, and communicate effectively with other departments regarding patients’ meal arrangements.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Health Science, Food Service, Healthcare, or a related field.
Working experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer service-oriented with excellent hospitality skills.
Able to work shifts (including night shifts), weekends and public holidays.
