- Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
- Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning, including garbage/trash removal and maintaining work area in a clean manner.
- Set up trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as directed.

- Work as a cook when required and as directed.
- Prepare food and supplies for next meal.
- Assist in checking diet trays before distribution.
