Minimum Requirements

• Senior Certificate;
• N2 Mechanical;
• Diesel Mechanic Trade Test Certificate;
• Clear Criminal Record;
• Valid driver’s licence;
• Obtain medical fitness certificate; and
• Compliant with any additional client requirements.

Skills and Knowledge

• Fault finding in hydraulics;
• Diesel diagnostic skills;
• Plan & organise tasks – Time management;
• Self-motivated; and
• Teamwork.

Experience

• 2 years Diesel Mechanic;
• Relevant mining equipment experience will be an advantage – SAMIL 50 & 100 / CS14 Drill rigs;
• Field Service work will be an advantage.
