您的主要职责


  • Work as quality engineer in prototype shop for BD e-Drive.

    Compared with series production, define prototype sample quality control points and specially function test method. Ensure the activities defined in quality control process and negotiate with prototype shop oversea plant if necessary
    Prepare and assist design of measurement device & gauge to satisfy various sample products under short lead time and low cost
    Verification sample drawing dimension feasibility and process parameter by implement test and measurement Create prototype sample control plan, inspection plan, QX7 report and other kinds of documents according to customer requirement
    Get sample product/material report and negotiate on defect to make usage decision, and coordinate deviation evaluation & AG process.
