Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop Dialogflow CX virtual agents and conversational workflows.
Build and manage intents, entities, training phrases, pages, and state handlers.
Optimize NLU models to improve intent recognition and conversation accuracy.
Develop webhook integrations with backend systems and enterprise applications.
Integrate Dialogflow CX with telephony and IVR platforms using SIP/SIPREC.
Implement Generative AI capabilities for dynamic and context-aware conversations.
Analyze chatbot and voice bot performance using CCAI Insights.
Enhance customer experience through continuous optimization and automation initiatives.
Experience Required:
8 - 10 years of experience in Conversational AI or Contact Center Automation.
