You are a skilled and proactive Dialler Operator / Dialler Administrator, supporting Contact Centre operations for UK-based clients. You bring strong experience in dialler systems and a clear understanding of how to drive performance on sales-driven campaigns. You are responsible for executing the outbound dialling strategy, optimising campaign performance, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Your role includes building and managing campaigns, monitoring real-time performance, producing actionable insights, and supporting the Team in achieving overall success.
