Job Description

Mass Markets is seeking a Dialer Administrator to monitor and optimize dialing platforms and related applications. You will work with the Operations team to ensure on-time schedules, provide daily support, and load calling data into CRM systems.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and a basic understanding of data principles; SQL knowledge is a plus. This role requires collaboration across departments and some vendor coordination.
