WEBDOC is seeking a results-driven Dialer Operations & Performance Manager to oversee outbound dialing and optimize campaign efficiency from our Islamabad office. You will drive dialer performance, data-driven improvements, and uptime while coordinating with telecom/tech teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns, monitoring KPIs, and developing dashboards to support automation and AI-enabled improvements, with strict adherence to regulations and policies.
