Position Overview

MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company that offers Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything‑as‑a‑Service (XaaS) solutions across multiple industries. The Dialer Administrator will monitor the production of all dialing platforms, support operations, and ensure adherence to company and regulatory policies.

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform system configurations, software installations, updates, and upgrades for multiple applications to minimize downtime.
  • Provide daily operational support, training, and troubleshooting for software issues.
  • Prepare calling lists and load data into CRM systems.
  • Develop expertise in the function and capabilities of the different dialing platforms.
