Roche Holding AG in Auckland is seeking a Product Specialist to support pre- and post-sales functions, deliver a premium customer service experience, and train users on our product portfolio, including troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of instruments. You will also manage manufacturer modifications, post-sales support, and ensure activities align with Roche’s SOPs.
