Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Master Technician to join our Retail Aftersales team in the UAE. The role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and the Fix It Right process to deliver high‑quality customer experience and support customer retention in line with OEM standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced vehicle diagnosis, general repairs, periodic maintenance, advanced general repairs, and accessory fitment as per repair manuals and OEM standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify vehicle faults accurately and complete repairs in line with the Fix It Right process.
• Achieve productivity, utilization, and sold‑hours targets set by the business.
• Support the Technical Advisor with advanced general repair cases across hybrid, petrol, diesel, and hydrogen‑powered vehicles.
