The role will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with our business goals and enhance employee capabilities across all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic learning and development roadmap that supports the company's objectives and employee career progression.
