The FP&A professional will be responsible for managing cash flow planning and analysis, budgeting, and efficient capital allocation to support the company’s financial health and strategic goals.
This role requires a blend of technical financial skills and strategic thinking to plan, manage monitor financial performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1. Cash Flow Planning and Variance Analysis: Focus on detailing the inflows and outflows of cash within the business.
Perform deep dives into operating business cash flows, capital expenditures (capex), and investments/divestments. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual data against forecasts and budgets. Annual General Corporate Office (GCO) Budgeting Exercise and Monthly Variance Analysis: Prepare a comprehensive annual budget that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
