1. Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Dealer Experience platforms, with primary focus on Salesforce Automotive Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Dealer/Distributor Community, CDP integrations)2. Translate dealer, sales, and after-sales business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)3. Drive configuration, customization, and rollout of Salesforce Auto Cloud modules (Lead Management, DMS integration, Vehicle/Order Management, Dealer Portal, Service Scheduling)4. Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in collaboration with engineering, QA, and Salesforce implementation partners/SIs5.
