Job Description

Job :
  • Manage the General Management's schedule: Organize, coordinate, and follow up on appointments, meetings, calls, and travel for the CEO, considering priorities and time constraints.

  • Internal and external communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, in French and English. Draft, proofread, and translate letters, reports, memos, and presentation materials.

  • Organize business travel: Fully prepare trips within France and internationally (bookings, itineraries, administrative procedures, management of necessary documents).

  • Prepare and follow up on meetings: Prepare files, coordinate logistics, take notes if needed, and follow up on decided actions.

  • Support project management: Assist in monitoring projects led by the General Management, coordinate with teams, organize progress meetings, and draft reports.
