Hiring: DFT Engineer – MBIST (4–14 Years)

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and integrate MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test) architecture for complex So Cs
Work on DFT activities including Scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage analysis
Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Validation teams for seamless DFT implementation
Perform fault simulations, debugging, and silicon bring-up support
Generate and analyze test patterns using industry-standard tools
Support post-silicon validation and yield improvement activities
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in MBIST architecture and implementation
Experience in Scan, ATPG, JTAG,...
