DFT Engineer

DFT Engineer / Lead (multiple openings)

A growing semiconductor design company is seeking several DFT Engineer / Lead to drive full-chip DFT implementation for advanced SoC / ASIC projects serving global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement scan, MBIST, LBIST, compression, and boundary scan
• Generate ATPG patterns with strong fault coverage analysis
• Support synthesis, STA, P&R, and silicon bring-up
• Own full-chip DFT strategy and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on DFT experience
• Strong expertise in scan architecture, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, JTAG (IEEE 1149.x)
• Experience with Synopsys / Cadence / Siemens EDA tools
• Solid understanding of RTL-to-GDSII flow
