Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Interpret product specifications and design circuits to meet required functionality. Design and develop custom digital DFT circuits such as mBist, Fuse Logic, Test Mode Logic, synchronous design, clock tree, and critical internal analog and digital voltage readouts.Test mode definition, develop control test bits and fuse broadcast of the Interface die.Define testability features (DFT) of memory for faster validation flow with high coverage.Cover testability features of Analog and Digital blocks.Implement necessary circui...
