Hiring: DevSecOps Consultant
Location: Lisbon (or surrounding areas)
Model: Hybrid — 3 days/week on‑site (first month fully on‑site)
Language: Fluent European Portuguese

Responsibilities
Implement application/web systems in collaboration with Networks, Servers, Cybersecurity, and external stakeholders.
Design and automate on‑premises infrastructure with strong emphasis on security and traceability.
Define provisioning, configuration, and deployment pipelines.
Develop security policies for operating systems, networks, storage, and services.
Automate hardening, patching, monitoring, and compliance.
Implement secure secrets management and access control.
Ensure visibility and control over internal assets with infrastructure and security teams.
Support incident detection, analysis, and response.
Promote DevSecOps best practices and support team upskilling.
