Position Description:
To foster agility, software craftsmanship, and DevOps practices within the bank, the DevOps Service Platform team provides developers with a comprehensive suite of tools and platforms. These include the Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Software Development Kits (SDKs), and the administration of GIT servers, Jenkins/TeamCity servers, Jira, Nexus, Sonar, and XLDeploy, both on-premises and in Azure.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

Support and Adoption:
-Ensure the stability and availability of the software factory's services and tools
-Adhere to the platform's SLA in a Follow-The-Sun (FTS) support model
