Job Description
We're building a scalable, multi-tenant B2B lead management platform on a 100% AWS serverless stack. We're looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to own platform reliability, security, observability, and scalability as the system grows.
You'll work closely with experienced AWS engineers, enabling backend teams by building and operating the platform foundations they rely on.
What You'll Work On
Operate and scale AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, S3)
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Own observability and reliability (CloudWatch, X-Ray, logs, metrics, alarms, SLOs)
Implement IAM, security controls, and tenant isolation
Manage event-driven systems, retries, DLQs, and failure handling
Support and review / TypeScript-based services from a platform and reliability perspective
Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and operational excellence
