DevOps Lead – FinTech Market Leader – Birmingham Based - £70-100k

Leading global FinTech seeks a DevOps Lead to join, lead and grow their DevOps team based from their Birmingham HQ 3 days per week, with 2 days per week flexi working (working from home).

You will join a very established FinTech business with offices across the Globe , who face volatility in their market, meaning increased reliance on my client’s software. Already providing more than 12% of the market software , my client is in a strong position to build on their leading position, through continuing to invest in their software and further new client growth in Europe and elsewhere globally.

Their DevOps team owns the foundations for this growth. The challenges they are facing now are the following:
