JOB DESCRIPTION Lead a team of ~10 DevOps and Platform Engineers Work closely with the Platform Team Product Owner, and Enterprise Integration Leadership team to:Define, Plan and Execute the roadmap of API Platform Team change in conjunction with the Enablement Team PODesign and deliver API Platform Team solutions covering:CI/CD: Ansible, Jenkins, TerraformSCM : Bitbucket / GitHub EnterpriseJIRA Service Desk AutomationsSecurity : Fortify (SAST + DAST), XRay (SCA)SRE: AppDynamics, Grafana, Loki, Cloudwatch, AnypointEnsure Governance is applied through Automation – Quality GatesEnsure Coding standards for Enablement Team are in place and appliedProvide Technical leadership for the team, and ensure Technical prioritisation and priorities considered appropriately by POEnsure that core DevOps tooling, patterns, assets are usedEnsure versioning of all created assetsDevelop and Mentor junior staffArrange a roster for on-call support as needed by ReleaseIn conjunction with Engineer...
