DevOps Engineer - Zurich - 1 year+

For an innovative Robotics company in Zurich, Switzerland we are looking for a DevOps Engineer for a 1 year extendable contract.

You must be able to go to site in Zurich a few days per week.

The Role & Experience

  • Very senior industry experience in area of DevOps infra combined with Nix
  • Ability to deep dive and grasp complex landscape & issues and derive plan for improvement independently and align with a long term roadmap
  • Proficiency in Nix / GitLab / cloud infrastructure, especially Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform / OpenTofu
  • Deep understanding of scaling strategies, release management, and versioning and implications to CI/CD
  • Good understanding network traffic analysis & caching strategies
  • Experience with hybrid CI setups (on-prem vs cloud)
