DevOps engineer

We are urgently looking for a DevOps engineer for Standard Bank. The person will be expected to work on a hybrid basis, going in 2x a week to the Rosebank office in JHB (sometimes Simmonds street but not often). The client is moving towards full‑time back in office at some point so we want to be fully transparent about this upfront.

Culture fit is extremely important for the hiring manager. He is looking for someone vibrant, with a great positive attitude as the team is very friendly and upbeat so they need someone who would fit in well.

The rate is between R 90k – R 100k.

Since this is a hybrid role, the person is expected to live and work in JHB.

Experience

• Hands on work experience in a hybrid (AWS) cloud environment preferably in the financial sector with PCI‑DSS compliant systems.
