Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote technical interviews for DevOps Engineer candidates.
- Evaluate expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native practices.
- Assess scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Analyze candidates' problem-solving approach in real-world DevOps scenarios.
- Provide objective interview feedback and scoring.
- Ensure fairness and consistency across interview evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
