Job Description:
- Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure, applications, and production environments
- Troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Support cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Troubleshoot REST APIs and application issues
- Perform log analysis, monitoring, and performance checks
- Execute basic SQL queries and validate database backups
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and documentation
- Coordinate with L3 engineers and development teams
- Implement patches, configuration updates, and fixes
- Enforce security best practices and access controls
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
