Job Description:

  • Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure, applications, and production environments
  • Troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
  • Support cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Troubleshoot REST APIs and application issues
  • Perform log analysis, monitoring, and performance checks
  • Execute basic SQL queries and validate database backups
  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and documentation
  • Coordinate with L3 engineers and development teams
  • Implement patches, configuration updates, and fixes
  • Enforce security best practices and access controls

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
