- Experience managing on-premises infrastructure (Linux servers, networking).
- *Hands-on experience with Java development and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
