JOB DESCRIPTION
Kubernetes & Platform Engineering
● Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in cloud and on-premise environments.
● Manage OpenShift Kubernetes deployments and enforce platform security best
practices.
● Implement Kubernetes security hardening including RBAC, Pod Security Standards,
Security Contexts, Network Policies, and Admission Controllers.
● Perform cluster upgrades, scaling, patching, and lifecycle management.
● Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Kubernetes platforms.
Helm & Operators
● Design, develop, and maintain Helm charts following best practices.
● Create and manage Helm chart operators for application lifecycle management.
● Build reusable, versioned, and secure Helm templates for multi-environment
deployments.
● Enforce Helm chart validation, governance, and security standards.
