Responsibilities:

  • Manage people by executing management responsibilities to create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence

  • Evaluate new application packages and tools to perform research on best practices
  • Build a culture of collaboration between Analysts, Architects, Development, QA and Infrastructure ensuring optimal delivery
  • Create technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements
  • Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters
  • Develop custom integration solutions including major enhancements, interfaces, functions and features
