Responsibilities:
- Manage people by executing management responsibilities to create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
- Evaluate new application packages and tools to perform research on best practices
- Build a culture of collaboration between Analysts, Architects, Development, QA and Infrastructure ensuring optimal delivery
- Create technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements
- Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters
- Develop custom integration solutions including major enhancements, interfaces, functions and features
