DevOps Engineer

My client is actively looking for an Azure DevOps support Engineer for a long term contract based in Dublin. Hybrid working options are available for this role Required Experience: Experience monitoring Azure infrastructure and application performance Proven experience responding to and triaging Grafana alert events Experience using monitoring dashboards to identify and escalate issues Ability to follow runbooks and standard operating procedures for incident response Experience documenting incidents and maintaining incident logs Understanding of basic troubleshooting methodologies for cloud infrastructure Experience providing technical support for Azure-based applications and infrastructure Ability to perform initial investigation of alerts and incidents Experience with basic Azure resource management and monitoring Understanding of logging systems and ability to search and analyze logs Experience with ticket management systems and incident tracking Knowledge of escalation procedures a...
