We have two separate WebOps needs. One resource will be focused on supporting the modern Sitecore AI / headless architecture for the Servicing Portal, while the other will be focused on supporting our existing Sitecore XP platform and related operational responsibilities. Both resources should be able to contribute quickly in a fast-paced delivery environment and work closely with our internal marketing, architecture, development, QA, and product teams. WebOps Resource 1 – Sitecore AI / Modern Architecture Focus This role will support the new Servicing Portal and Touchstone Redesign website architecture, with an emphasis on Sitecore AI, Sitecore XM Cloud or headless Sitecore capabilities, Next.js, and Vercel.
