Project overview: The App Engineering organization covers the development of distinct product versions for approximately a dozen airline customers. Some are large strategic customers where most of the product development is centered. Some are smaller and largely just being maintained with mínimal product investment. The App Engineering teams span Spain, Colombia and the Philippines. This group overall is over 175 people and has fewer than 5 proven engineering people leaders to organize themselves.
