Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all systems function in accordance with established procedures and processes to guarantee security, compliance, and information protection. Maintain documentation of system configurations in alignment with system life cycle SOPs.
  • Lead troubleshooting, incident management, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and supporting proactive maintenance and new releases.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS; manage IaC, connectors, and release automation using OpenShift for orchestrating releases across environments.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using DevOps and GitOps principles. Manage and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes/EKS, Helm, and ArgoCD.
  • Monitor system performance, cloud service health, and contribute to AI optimization through cross-functional collaboration.
