Summary
Basic Purpose:
Responsible for design, implementation and operational support of the technical infrastructure for strategic Company applications and services Designs technical solutions and automated operational processes for the next generation Company platforms for automation, availability, performance, scale and cost. Ensure the continuous health and reliability of the technical infrastructure, and the applications/services it supports, through Service Level Objectives (SLOs), metrics/Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and continuous operational process improvements. Work with Vendors to implement new capabilities and competencies to the Company technical infrastructure.
