Devops Cloud Engineer, VP

Role Overview

• Contribute to building and embedding DevOps engineering capability, culture and mindsets across the bank
• Drive technical and cultural transformation through progressive adoption of DevOps Centre of Excellence practices
• Partner with teams to ensure decisions are commercially focused and deliver long-term value

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach feature and platform teams to uplift DevOps maturity and capability
• Assess current DevOps technical capability and identify gaps across teams
• Design and deliver learning workshops, training sessions and capability uplift initiatives
• Demonstrate how to measure, visualise and optimise the flow and delivery of value using DevOps tools and practices
• Advise teams and the DevOps Centre of Excellence on appropriate DevOps capability improvements
