- Design Containerized & cloud-native Micro services Architecture
- Plan & Deploy Modern Application Platforms & Cloud Native Platforms
- Good understanding of AGILE process & methodology
- Plan & Implement Solutions & best practices for Process Automation, Security, Alerting & Monitoring, and Availability solutions
- Should have good understanding of Infrastructure-as-code deployments
- Plan & design CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
- Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
- Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the engineering team
- Keep updated on modern technologies & trends, and advocate the benefits
- Should possess good team management skills
- Ability to drive goals / milestones, while valuing & maintaining a strong attention to detail
