We are looking for a Devices Industrialization Lead who is technically strong, collaborative, and solution‑oriented to join our Devices, Artwork & Packaging (DAP) team, supporting the industrialization and manufacturing readiness of innovative drug delivery devices, based in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

About the Role
As Devices Industrialization Lead, you will play a critical role in developing, validating, and industrializing assembly processes for drug delivery devices across UCB’s portfolio. Working within cross‑functional program teams, you will ensure manufacturing processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with development objectives from early clinical phases through lifecycle management.
