Job Summary

We are seeking a Device Support Specialist to support and manage our school’s Apple device ecosystem, including iPads and Mac devices used by students, faculty, and staff. This role focuses on Apple device deployment, Mobile Device Management (MDM), inventory tracking, and technical support to ensure reliable technology for teaching and learning.

The Device Support Specialist will report to the IT Director to support device management, troubleshoot issues, and maintain an organized and secure technology environment.

This position is ideal for someone with Apple ecosystem experience, MDM skills, and strong customer service abilities who enjoys supporting education technology.
