Job Description

A Device Repair Specialist is part of the Device Management team under the Merchant Services – Operations Department. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing defective devices, performing maintenance, and handling various hardware-related issues for POS terminals. The specialist ensures all POS equipment Attended & Unattended are fully functional and restored to working conditions.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose and repair defective POS terminals and accessories.

Replace faulty components to ensure devices work properly.

Ensure all devices are clean, updated, and fully functional.

Test repaired devices for performance and reliability.

Maintain detailed logs of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.

Follow safety protocols when handling electronic devices and repair equipment.
