Overview

Device Lifecycle Service Architect (Device as a Service) role at Computacenter. Senior Service Architect, Lifecycle Services is a subject matter expert in all areas of lifecycle and supporting services enabling technologies and tooling (device lifecycle management/DaaS, device configuration, disposal services, break/fix, field and dispatch, iMac) in an ITIL framework. The Senior Service Architect, Lifecycle Services applies experience of service elements, delivery methodologies, risks and dependencies to create lifecycle services solutions. As part of the Services pre-sales team, the Senior Service Architect, Lifecycle Services is responsible for the detailed assessment of customer requirements, development of service design, and cost calculations specific to their area of expertise.
