About the Role

We are building a 360-degree early childhood development platform supporting families of children aged 0–3 years through structured learning modules, coaching, digital tracking, and guided home environments.

We are looking for a Developmental Pediatrician to anchor clinical accuracy, strengthen developmental screening frameworks, and guide intervention pathways for families requiring deeper support.

This is not a routine OPD role.

This is a systems-building, parent-facing, and protocol-design role.


Key Responsibilities


1. Developmental Framework & Screening

  • Review and validate milestone frameworks aligned with:
  • World Health Organization (WHO developmental indicators)
  • UNICEF early childhood guidance
  • American Academy of Pediatrics surveillance guidelines
