As a Technical Lead, you will oversee a team of software developers responsible for delivering high-quality, custom software solutions. In this pivotal role, you will own the technical execution of projects—from planning and architecture to delivery—while coaching your team, enforcing best practices, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
