Development Specialist

A leading data centre owner-developer is seeking an experienced Permitting Manager to take ownership of regulatory approvals across projects in Finland, with the flexibility to support wider European locations when required.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving all permitting activities from early-stage site selection through to construction readiness. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects progress on programme by securing all necessary approvals efficiently and proactively managing regulatory risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of permitting, including preparation, submission, coordination, and approval tracking
• Engage directly with local authorities, regulators, and external consultants to navigate planning and compliance requirements
