Development Specialist – Fundraising & Donor Engagement

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a nationally recognized non-profit Hospice & Palliative care facility in Dallas, TX and we are seeking a skilled and dependable Development Speialist to play a vital role in advancing the organizations fundraising and donor engagement efforts. Reporting to the Director, Donor Relations & Grants, you will lead direct mail and digital giving initiatives, cultivate meaningful donor connections, and support strategic fundraising campaigns. In this role, you'll combine creative storytelling with strong organizational and relationship-building skills to create impactful donor communications, maintain accurate fundraising data, and deliver exceptional stewardship that grows the organizations philanthropic community and advances its compassionate mission.
