The Shire of Esperance is seeking an experienced Manager Development Services to lead Planning, Building and Environmental Health, and other key Shire functions. You will provide effective leadership, manage budgets, and ensure statutory compliance while delivering customer-centred services.

Qualifications in Town Planning, Environmental Health or Building Surveying are required, with proven leadership of a multi-disciplinary team and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
