Development Projects Manager

Job Purpose

The Development Projects Manager at CR2 is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a portfolio of software development and IT projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Development Projects Manager will play a pivotal role in driving inter departmental functional teams to deliver CR2's strategic objectives.

Our Hybrid Working Model requires employees to be on-site three days per week

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent software development and IT projects.
• Define clear project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
