WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
The Development Project Manager (DPM) is responsible for directing and managing development activities and processes for assigned projects, including due diligence, landlord/tenant coordination, design, entitlements, permitting, and construction of new franchise locations.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for franchisee development projects and works closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards. The DPM will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining development schedules, driving accountability among stakeholders, and supporting successful franchise openings.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QSR or retail construction management, permitting, entitlements, and project execution within a fast-paced growth environment.
