OVERVIEW

The Development Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of urban apartment development projects in Cape Town, from launch through construction to completion. The role focuses on strategic planning, approvals, project execution, and financial oversight, ensuring projects align with company standards for quality, cost, and process efficiency.

DUTIES

• Conduct strategic planning, including market analysis, goal definition, and development strategy formulation.
• Manage all regulatory and stakeholder approvals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
